Questions
- Do I need a developer to set this up?
- No. You point it at a page, and it lists the buttons, links and fields it can see so you pick them from a list. There is no code to write and nothing to install on the site, which also means nothing to break the next time it is updated.
- How many websites can I monitor on one account?
- Ten on Basic, twenty-five on Pro, seventy-five on Enterprise, each of them checked every minute. Sites you stop looking after can be removed and free their slot, so the number is what you are watching now, not what you have ever added.
- Will it actually make a booking on the site?
- No. A journey walks up to the confirmation screen and stops. That proves every step a real customer takes, without leaving an appointment in the calendar every time it runs. Going further is possible, but you have to ask for it and tell us how to undo it.
- Does it work on sites that are not WordPress?
- Yes. Everything is checked from the outside, the way a visitor sees it, so WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-built sites all work the same way. One account and one set of reports for every site you look after.
- What happens if a busy month goes over the included browser runs?
- On Pro and Enterprise the checks keep running and the extra appears on the next invoice, at 49 kr per thousand runs on Pro and 42 kr on Enterprise. Basic stops at its allowance instead, so it cannot produce a bill you did not expect.
- How do you know I am allowed to monitor a site?
- Before a site can be scheduled, someone has to prove they control the domain, by publishing a file at /.well-known/journeyping-verify.txt, adding a meta tag to the homepage, or returning a header from an API endpoint. An unverified site stops being scheduled once its grace window closes.
- Where is the data stored?
- In the EU. Monitoring results, screenshots and account data are stored and processed on managed cloud infrastructure inside the EU, and stay there. The privacy policy names every processor we use.
- How do alerts reach me?
- Webhook, Slack and Discord on every plan. Pro adds Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. Enterprise adds a custom endpoint that can send your own request headers, so it can authenticate against your own systems.
- How does signing up and paying work?
- There is no self-service checkout and no card stored in the app. You request a demo, we set the workspace up with you and import your sites, and the plan is arranged and invoiced directly.
